At the entrance to Rue Neuve, in a straight line from the Gare du Nord, opposite the monument to Xaveer de Geyter on Place Rogier, is a building that no one notices! Yet its concrete facade is of a poetic beauty that Laurent Ney (Ney & Partners) has just topped with a white metal solar canopy. On behalf of Stéphane Dykman, project owner and Founder of Stephane Immo, he joined forces with SunSoak Design to add a 3-storey solar feature on top of the building that is set to become a new 21st century monument in the Belgian capital.
