The Cygnes project aims to repurpose the remaining free space inside an urban block as a pocket park and kinders ouders café (KOC), in addition to senior community housing, in an innovative way. The project incorporates a raft of circular principles. For example, the existing structure forms the basis for the renovation, incoming and outgoing material flows are kept to a minimum and new materials are bio-based as far as possible.  

During the tour, visitors will get to see various interventions by the architects and applications of bio-based products. The construction phase offers an ideal opportunity to understand how the building process works.

Important: The project is currently in progress. Please wear solid heavy soled shoes, boots or work shoes. Heels should be avoided.

The visit on Saturday 22.10.2022 at 13:00 will be given by the architect.
