The participant accepts :
1. explicitly agrees to participate free of charge in shootings and recordings, be it as an
extra or a model, with the purpose of creating visual or audio-visual content that will be used
and distributed by urban.brussels. To that end, the participant agrees that urban.brussels takes
their picture free of charge and if necessary records their voice in order to use this in all of
their analogue and digital creations.
2. accepts to assigns to urban.brussels, explicitly and free of charge, all the exploitation
rights (reproduction for the public, communication to the public, exhibition, adaptation,
synchronization, etc.) that result from the use of the images and the voice of the participant,
under the conditions as stated hereunder:

for all commercial or non-commercial uses of the afore-mentioned creations, all types of
use
or publications by urban.brussels or third parties of their own choice;

on any support (without limitation: flyers, brochures, magazines, television broadcasts,
films, commercials, editions, catalogues, exhibitions, streaming, legal downloads
(podcasts),
websites, reproductions on CD and DVD, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
etc.));

on all territories worldwide and for a period of 60 years with effect from the signature
date
of this agreement;

this list of examples is not exhaustive.
3. The participant may withdraw his/her consent at any time. In this case, urban.brussels will
no longer use the visual or audio material concerning him/her in the future, without this
affecting the lawfulness of the use prior to the withdrawal of consent.
