Sustainable Architecture / visite guidée

Gardeners' Pavilion

Behind the Gardeners' Pavilion was once the now-abandoned project to unite the two parts of Botanique/Kruidtuin. The idea was to combine its construction with the renovation of Square Victoria Regina/Victoria Reginaplantsoen. These two projects were ultimately split up, but the building designed by ÁRTER Architects has kept its shape, a green embankment whose design is based on the site where the pavilion is located: the North-South rail connection.

The tour will be led by Sébastien Heuss, Landscape Architect, Director Landscape & Town Planning, ÁRTER Architects.

Practical information

The tour will be given in French and Dutch.
