This functionalist icon was erected in the late sixties as headquarters for the association of cement-makers. It is notable for its innovative prefabricated white concrete façade elements and yellow glazing embedded in the concrete. Considered a total artwork, it also includes furniture, pieces of art and landscaping. The building was recently listed and renovated into a coworking space. Comfortable armchairs, varying space options such as meeting rooms, kitchenettes or chill-out areas offer space for every purpose and varying team sizes. This guided tour will underline the overlay of the historic office, with its hierarchical organisation with contemporary workspaces and underline the shift not only in workspace design, but also what this means in terms of how we work today.
