The architectural practice of our office is based on the idea that like a brain teaser each intervention will fill in the gaps left to meet the needs, in perfect relation with the existing context, with as a leitmotif reuse and valuation of what can be preserved.

AUXAU imagines both small-scale projects and larger-scale projects, daily feeding our thoughts on the act of building, by developing a relationship of trust with the client.

Our wish is to offer an architecture stimulated by the pleasure of creating convivial spaces for all, imbued with poetry and fragments of personal stories, which will shape a unique and directly appropriable project.

Etymologically, "AUXAU" takes its name from the famous OXO bouillon cube which, like a flavor enhancer, does not modify the flavors but increases their intensity. AUXAU is also a game... a kind of puzzle, where the wishes of the project owners, natural, ecological, urban planning, technical and philosophical constraints feed our general reflection to achieve a coherent whole.
